Ego Symon de Harlem, miles, notum facio etc, quod ego dedi dilecto meo Wilhelmo de Pola, oppidano de Harlem, et Machteldi de Arena, uxori ejus, in feodum undecim fundos jacentes infra scabinatum de Harlem, in quibus manent Herman filius Bucstels, Gode Hugo, Copkijn frater Johannis Vastraeds, Nycholaus f. Baerteld, Gheraerd filius Aelbrecht, Ziric Maersman. Super duos manent Aleyt filia Nyclaus, Aleyt Dilins, Allaert Syneric, Aleyt Gaske. Als Wilhelmus overlijdt behoudt Machteld ½ ervan in lijftocht, de andere helft komt dan aan hun zoon of dochter, die na de dood van Machteld ook de andrre helft verkrijgenonder condicie.
